The day after veterans day, members of the Beltsville Volunteer Fire Department, along with our career staff, were honored to share lunch with a veteran from our community. During our monthly extended staffing day the members started our day with a home cooked breakfast. This was followed by some house cleaning and preparation for lunch with our special guest. A wonderful meal was enjoyed by all. After lunch President Margie Dickey celebrated Gary Snyder with recognition of his 50 years of active duty service.
