It is with deep sadness the Beltsville Volunteer Fire Department announce the passing of Past President & Life member Thomas Penny Collins on October 2, 2022. Tom held the office of President for the Beltsville VFD, Prince George's Volunteer Firemen Association and MSFA. He joined the Beltsville VFD as the first active member after the Charter was incorporated.

Tuesday October 18, 2022 viewing will be 1300 to 1500 and 1800 to 2000 at Borgwardt's Funeral Home

Wednesday October 19. 2022 Funeral Service at Borgwardt's Funeral Home at 1000. President Collins will take his last ride past station 31 to Ft. Lincoln cemetery.
