At approximately 7:16 am on Sunday morning, units from the 6th Battalion with assistance from units from Montgomery County were dispatched to the 12000 blk of Beltsville Drive in Calverton for a reported structure fire. Units arrived to find a middle of the row two-story townhouse with fire showing from the basement. The fire was contained to the basement with no extension. One adult male was found inside and unfortunately had succumbed to the conditions before units arrived.
