| Early this morning Engine 311, Brush 31 and Ambulance 319 were alerted to the 11500blk of Baltimore Ave for a train emergency. Units arrived to find a vehicle off the roadway and on the train tracks struck by a train. Police handling the incident. Photo's courtesy |
