Units from 31 were dispatched to the 4400 blk of Powder Mill Rd for a reported auto accident. Units arrived to find one trapped and request a heavy rescue squad and medic unit to the scene. Patient were extricated and transported to a local trauma center. Photos courtesy Billy McNeel.
