Units from Stations 31 and 41 were alerted to the area of Powder Mill Road and Pleasant Acres Drive in Adelphi for the report of a vehicle accident with people trapped. Units on scene found a head on collision involving a small SUV and a Metro bus. One person in the SUV was trapped and needed to be extricated with the 'Jaws of Life'.
