Just after 10 PM units from Beltsville were alerted for a building explosion with half of the building gone in the 11600 block of Old Baltimore Pike. Units arrived to find a building with damage from the apparent explosion of a large tank possibly containing Argon gas. The building was unoccupied at the time of the explosion and no injuries were reported. No fire was associated with the explosion.
