Congratulations Billy McNeel

The members of the Beltsville VFD would like to congratulate Billy McNeel for his dedication to the citizens Prince George's County. Billy is an active member of the Beltsville VFD and he also dedicates many hours working with Emergency Management Citizens Support Units. Billy was recognized by the Director of Emergency Management and Director of Homeland security. Keep up the good work Billy.
