He was a dedicated volunteer serving over 50 years between Beltsville and Branchville. Past chief of Branchville VFC and Past Deputy Chief at Beltsville. Today members from Beltsville Vfd attended the memorial service for Paul Mckenney at Company 11 Branchville. Truck 31 was able to provide the arch flag In Honor of Paul.
