January 4th 2018 update

To those in the Beltsville, Md and surrounding areas- If you can find the time, we are asking anyone with an outdoor video system at their home to review the past 48 hours for anyone that fits his description. He is very familiar with the Beltsville, Greenbelt, College Park, Berwyn Heights, Laurel, and Burtonsville areas. It is possible that he may have walked away from Route 1 to more residential routes. Thank you again for your efforts.
