Richard will be truly missed, he was a very nice person. My heart feels for his whole family, you never really meet someone that can always cheer you up and make you laugh. I remember going to school with Richard or just talking to him when he lived on Dunnington Road.

I had the pleasure of meeting him within my 3 years of volunteer life in PG county and maybe twice on the street him pullin me over......lol... but I thank GOD for th good times we shared, for his physical apperance will be greatly missed but his soul shall live for ever within our hearts.
